Private Sessions are Available Online & In-Person

Private sessions (i.e. working with people 1-on-1) are the reason why I continued my yoga training. I love getting to know people, understanding their goals/concerns, and sharing yoga with them.

My intention is to help others who are suffering take care of their own bodies, minds, and souls in a way that is enjoyable! By collaboratively exploring yoga practices (i.e. functional physical movement, breathwork, meditation, and others) that are specific to your goals… the body and mind become more integrated, suffering is eased, and a sense of balance can be restored.

Private sessions are:

  • Accessible - All levels of yoga experience, all types of bodies, and all ranges of mobility are welcome.

  • Personalized - I will start by getting a sense of where you’re at, then we will work together to find the most potent practices for you.

  • Non-invasive - You have choices in everything we do.

  • Self-empowering - I use a strengths-based perspective to attune you to the power and resilience within yourself.

  • An evolving process - Each session is unique. Healing is an art, after all. Let’s explore and have some fun!

Private Session Packages
